TEACHNIG PRACTICE SECOND PHASE:WEEK 3

TEACHING PRACTICE SECOND PHASE:WEEK 3 JUNE 24 2024.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY:24.06.2024 TO 28.06.2024

On the first day we the teacher trainees reach the school at 9.30am. After signing the register we went to staffroom.Todays assembly was conducted by 9A students.Fourth period I went to 9B and teach them a topic 'INTERNAL ENVIRONMENTAND HOMEOSTASIS'.Sixth period I went to 8B for substitution and gave them 'biology content understanding fifficulty factor analysis checklist.' This check list help me to understand the topic of difficulty of students.7th period I went to 8B for substitution and teach them a topic 'DIFFERENT PARTS OF NUCLEUS AND THEIR FUNCTION'. After signing the register we left the school by 4.00pm.

In the second day we reached the school at 9.30 am.After signing the register we went to staffroom.Due to educational strike 8th and 9th grade students leave the school by 10.am and we stayed in the staff room and did our lesson plan related works.

In the third day we reached the school by 9.30 am. After signing the register we went to staff room. As part of World drug day school Associated certain programs. It aims to Underscores global efforts combat drug abuse and trafficking.School Conducted special assembly and students made posters Related to world drug day.10B students performed a musical drama to enhance awareness to students.5th period I went to 8B and teach them a topic PROKARYOTES AND EUKARYOTES . 6th period I conducted a pretest on 8B to understand those students have difficulty in understanding the topic plant cell organelles features and functions. 

In the fourth day we reach the school at 9.30 am. After signing the register we went to staff room.First period I went to 8B and conducted DIAGNOSTIC TEST . The topics selected from the chapter life mysteries in little chamber. Fouth period I went to 9B and teach them a topic 'STRUCTURE OF CELL MEMBRANE'. After lunch 6th period I went to 9B for substitution. Last period was free and I did my lesson plan related works.After signing the register I left the school by 4.00pm.

In the fifth day we reached the college by 9.00am.since today class will starts at sharp 9.30. After signing the register we went to staff room.First period I went to 8B for substitution class.Then second period I went to 9B for substitution class and teach them a topic EXPERIMENT SHOWING HOW WATER MOLECULES PASS THROUGH THE PLASMA MEMBRANE .After lunch at 6th period I went to 9B for substitution and 7th period I went to 8B and fave them biology content understanding difficulty factor analysis check list.And find out that the same 10 students show a difficulty in understanding the topic plant cell organelles features and functions. And I decided to conduct a action research to solve the particular problem.After signing the register we left the school at 4.00pm.

CURRICULAR AND CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 
The students of 9th standard were taught the topics INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT AND HOMEOSTASIS, STRUCTURE OF CELL MEMBRANE, EXPERIMENT SHOWING HOW WATER MOLECULES PASS THROUGH THE PLASMA MEMBRANE. and students of 8th were taught the topics DIFFERENT PARTS OF NUCLEUS AND THEIR FUNCTION,PROKARYOTES AND EUKARYOTES. Teaching aids were used appropriately based on the topic taught.follow up works like assignment and conducting experimenta and short note preparation were given.The reflective journal were also done this week.
OVERALL REFLECTION OF CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE 
The students were given teaching manual based activity oriented class room experience The topics covered in 9B are INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT AND HOMEOSTASIS, STRUCTURE OF CELL MEMBRANE, EXPERIMENT SHOWING HOW WATER MOLECULES PASS THROUGH THE PLASMA MEMBRANE. Students of 8B are taught the topic DIFFERENT PARTS OF NUCLEUS AND THEIR FUNCTION,PROKARYOTES AND EUKARYOTES.
