         The biggest challenge any teacher faces is capturing the student's attention and putting across ideas in such a way that it stays with them long after they have left the classroom.Thereby, the use of innovative methods in the classroom has the potential to improve education.
        Innovative work is defined as “The process of making changes to "something established" by introducing “something new”.It must be something that possess novelty and creativity. It helps the teacher to teach a lesson easily understandable. So, we can undoubtedly say that in educational field the role of innovative work is very useful and effective.
         As a part of B.Ed curriculum I designed an innovative work named "WANTED CREEPEES Vs GUARD STARS" based on the 8th standard basic science chapter "lets regain our fields" on the content 'pest and natural enemies'.
         This is an easy way to understand and remember the various pest and natural enemies rather than rote learning.

WEEKEND REFLECTION MEETING

We the sabarigiri college natural science department conducted a weekly meeting under the guidance of Sreedevi miss.The meeting started at 7.30 pm on Saturday and ends at 8.00pm.In this meeting teacher asks us to share our first week experiences and every students share their experiences.Also teacher asks about the teaching manual and associated works.Helps us how to write blog effectively.

We the sabarigiri collegeof education ,natural science department conducted a weekly meeting under the guidance of sreedevi miss based on our first week of secong phase teaching practice .Principal was also a part of the meeting.The meeting started at 5.00pm and ends at 5.30 pm.In this meeting teacher ask us to share our first week school experience.Then teacher ask about the lesson plan and related works.Gave us instruction to prepare diagnostic test question.
