TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 4: MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY: 09.10.2023 -11.10.2023

REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

We the teacher trainees alloted to H.S.S Thadikkadu reached the school right at 9.30am everyday. Then signed our register and went to staffroom,were our seat was alloted.
On the first day we reached the school at sharp 9.30am and there was a morning assembly conducted by 9A students.Second period I went to 9B which was my alloted class and teach them  a topic 'cellular respiration kerbs cycle phase'.Then third period period I went to 8B and conducted a class test for them.Fourth period there was no class for me so I did my lesson plan related works.Then we went to lunch.On the afternoon session fifth and seventh period I went to 9B for substitution.After signing the register we left the college at 4.00pm.

In the second day we reached the school at 9.30am and in the first period I went to 8B and teach them a topic'pest and their natural enimies'.In the 3rd and 4th period there was substitution in 8B and I gave them corrected papers and they were so happy after receiving the mark sheet even I was  also excited .Then we had our lunch.Fifth and sixth period I got time for completing my record works.In the 7th period  I went to substitution for 9 B.After signing the register we leave the school at 4.00pm.

In the third day we reached the collage at sharp 9.30 am.There was assembly for students conducted by 8A and they conducted a interesting quiz section in between the assembly.I had no class today so went to 8B at 2nd period for substitution and gave them some activities.In the 4th period I went to 9B for substitution.After lunch we teacher trainees went to school ground to observe the art festival rehearsal conducted by students.so there was no class after lunch break.After signing the register we left the school at 4.00pm.

CURRICULAR AND CO CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The students of 9th standard were taught the  topics 'cellular respiration - krebs cycle phase' and students of 8B were taught the topic'pest and their natural enimies'Teaching aids were used appropriately based on the topic taught.follow up works like assignment are given.The reflective journal were also done this week.

OVERALL REFLECTION OF CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE
The students are given teaching manual based activity oriented class room experience. The topic covered in 9B is 'cellular respiration - krebs cycle phase' and in 8B is 'pest and their natural enimies '.

WEEKEND REFLECTION MEETING

We the sabarigiri college natural science department conducted a weekly meeting under the guidance of Sreedevi miss.The meeting started at 7.30 pm on Saturday and ends at 8.00pm.In this meeting teacher asks us to share our first week experiences and every students share their experiences.Also teacher asks about the teaching manual and associated works.Helps us how to write blog effectively.

We the sabarigiri collegeof education ,natural science department conducted a weekly meeting under the guidance of sreedevi miss based on our first week of secong phase teaching practice .Principal was also a part of the meeting.The meeting started at 5.00pm and ends at 5.30 pm.In this meeting teacher ask us to share our first week school experience.Then teacher ask about the lesson plan and related works.Gave us instruction to prepare diagnostic test question.
