Subject association on World leprosy day

We celebrate World Leprosy Day to raise awareness of a disease that many people think does not exist anymore.

Each year there are 200,000 people diagnosed with leprosy and there are millions who are living with the damaging consequences of delayed leprosy treatment.

World Leprosy Day is an opportunity to celebrate the lives of those affected, raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of the disease, and tackle the stigma that too often surrounds leprosy. It is also an opportunity to raise money so that we can be the generation that ends leprosy transmission

The subject association activity on World leprosy day was observed was on 30.01.2023 monday at 10am.Our class teacher Sreedevi miss instructed us to conduct subject association activity on world leprosy day.All the nine teacher trainee of our class under the guidance of our department head together planned how to conduct the activity.Anchoring was the duty assigned to Reshma.welcome speech was delivered by Reshma.Devika delivered the theme of National bird day.Introduction was the duty assigned to me.History was presented by Neethu.Symptoms and causes are explained by Anjitha.Preventive measures are explained by Greeshma.Vedio and poster are presented by Ameena and Silpa.Finally the vote of thanks was delivered by Navami.
